What does ASAP mean anyway?

Production is necessarily variable. I have to take good care of my body as it is the whole of what my business hinges on. When I gave more concrete timelines in the past, it encouraged me to focus on my work even to the detriment of my health. And ironically that would slow me down in the long run.

It’s a lot of trust to put in me and I certainly don’t take that lightly. ❤️ In exchange I offer you daily progress, clothing full of joy and careful consideration, made unique to each body. If things ever switch up for you in the waiting and you need to cancel, you are always welcome to reach out.

 

How do I care for my garment?

Your garment will feel a little stiff when it first arrives, but with wear, the fabric will relax to better hold your body.

Linen has anti-microbial properties and doesn't need cleaning as often as other materials. Try going further than usual between washes and spot clean any stains with a little dish soap in the sink.

When the time comes, wash in cold water with similar colors and hang to dry. Use non-bleach cleaners for best effect.

 

Will you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, due to the complexity of tax laws, we are only shipping to the USA and Canada at the moment. We hope that in the new year we can get this sorted and sew for international folks again.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely. We can cancel any order for you before it has shipped.

 

Do you accept returns?

Sometimes! If the garment is still in good condition, we'll happily take it back and refund you up to 50% of your original purchase price.

 

I saw this color online but I don't see it listed on your items, do you have any more?

Unfortunately, probably not. While we grow, we are finding all sorts of places to source from and some of those can be rather small orders. But there's always a chance we've got a yard or two squirreled away and you're welcome to ask -- just keep a back up color in mind.

 

My item arrived and it doesn't fit right, what do I do?

If you open your parcel and find this to be the case, please do send me a message! Though I make each garment custom from the measurements provided, every so often I still manage to make mistakes in new and inventive ways. But every mistake is a valuable opportunity for me to learn and refine my craft and I'm happy to stick by my garments and do my best for you!

 

Do you sell patterns of your garments?

I'm afraid not. Custom garments are drafted fresh on the fabric for each order, so what we have is more of a process than a pattern.

 

Will you sell the fabric?

I'm delighted that you love our colors, but that's not currently part of our business model.
